Best Camp ever

Progresh offers action sport camps from beginner to expert level athletes, all of our campers leave with new skills and unforgettable experiences. Our programs feature the latest in training equipment and instructional techniques. Although campers will spend the majority of the day on their focus sport, many other activities help ensure each camp session is fun and exciting. The camps maintain a low coach-to-student ratio ensuring safety, quality feedback and rapid skill progression.

Snowboard Camp

The week will focus on structured learning through creative drills that increase skill progression and includes lessons in spinning, jumping/landing techniques, grabs, rails, jibs and riding switch. Students are also introduced to various cross- training methods and taught how strength, balance, flexibility and fitness relate to riding ability and overall wellness.

Skateboard Camp

The week will focus on strategic skill progression and includes lessons in riding transitions, ledges, rails, hips, drops and flatground tricks. Students are also introduced to various cross- training methods and taught how strength, balance, flexibility and fitness relate to riding ability and overall wellness.

Scooter Camp

The week will focus on strategic skill progression and includes lessons in riding transitions, ledges, rails, hips, drops and flatground tricks. Students are also introduced to various cross- training methods and taught how strength, balance, flexibility and fitness relate to riding ability and overall wellness.

Ski Camp

The week will focus on beginner skiing techniques. We practice stopping, turning, traversing and safe falling techniques. Students will also become familiar and proficient at getting in and out of their equipment. As the participants progress we will add fundamental freestyle skills.

Tumbling Camp

Skills such as handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, limbers, walkovers, handsprings, twists, and flips are all taught in a safe, fun, and positive environment. Coaches utilize a progression training method where students master basic skills before moving to higher level techniques. This is a great intensive skill addition to any gymnast, cheerleader, or freerunner.

Slackline Camp

Our Slackline camp will focus on balance and acrobatic skills. Our instructors emphasize core strength, body awareness, and safety on slacklines. We teach how to rig slacklines, fundamentals of balance, focus and breathing necessary for slackline, and the proper body positions to progress into more difficult and unique skills.

Free Running Camp

Free Running camp will emphasize functional strength, physical conditioning, precise movements, spatial awareness and looking beyond the traditional use of objects. Free Running encompasses climbing, jumping, vaulting, acrobatics and other methods using efficiency and speed to move through an exhilarating obstacle course environment. It will start with easy moves to build confidence and body/spacial awareness and move into more intense moves as each participant progresses.
